CUISINE
Inside of the Antico Frantoio (17th century) guests can consume plates of food cooked in the casereccia tradition. Which entails a base of meat, fish and principally organic vegetables produced in house. Extra virgin olive oil is the perfect topping for this type of cuisine. In summer the tables are organized on the grass under the shade of trees. During the evening our guests can relax at the wine bar, while listening to good music and drink a glass of wine. There is also a pizzeria with a wooden oven. The area is perfect for special occasions or meetings.
